Refund Policy

Description


Payback is a client application to receive the amount paid for an item.


Reason for Refund


• The acquired product is out of stock and can not be delivered and other similar features of equal or greater value.

• Delivery time exceed 30 working days from the date of purchase without the customer receives the product.

• The product was lost by the courier.

• It has been charged the wrong amount to the customer the refund applied for the difference.

• Because of the different scenarios that can be in online shopping, all cases not covered by these policies will be reviewed and prosecute by ecuatepi.com individually.


Requirements


To request a refund, you will be asked the following information, which can be sent by E-mail, chat or telephone:


1. The Order Number you purchased your product.

2. Article description and / or order.

3. Reason for refund request.

4. Payment to purchase was acquired.

5. Sending if the product needed, the conditions shall be evaluated by ECUATEPI SA prior to a possible refund.
